Under the video specs I see:

GPU/VPU
Intel HD

Video Memory
64MB-1696MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory

Graphic Type
Integrated Card

The part about the memory itself, what does that mean? (Dynamically allocated?)

And what will that card be like?

and last, which of these do you think would be better?

It means the GPU uses system memory in addition to a small amount of its own.

So from the link, which of the two would you recommend?

I'd get the TOSHIBA Satellite L655-S5099. It's only $20 more and you get a larger screen(but same resolution), an Intel CPU, and longer battery life. As for the Intel GPU, my dell laptop has a 32MB Intel GPU and it handles games pretty well. Maybe not crysis but I play WoW with it. Oh, and I just noticed the optical drive can burn labels on the discs itself, kinda like lightscribe I guess.

Your signature has been erased by a mod please reduce it to 600 x 120.

Well what's the laptop for? Different uses require power in different areas.

I've had a Lightscribe for four years now and have only just found out what's so special about it. Thanks.

I just got one of the Satellites myself The A665D. It was on sale at staples. I can say I like the laptop a lot. It looks, feels, and runs fairly nicely, at least in my opinion.

Personally out of the two you linked, I'd agree with what Phaelax said.
