I have an elonex webbook, well the motherboard anyway. I've plugged in a battery hard drive, ram and screen, but because I don't have the whole case (which has the power button and connections on it) and I don't know where to connect to where to turn the darn thing on, anyone have any idea how I would do this?

Thanks in advance

well usually the on/off and other panel buttons are located on a seperate small board. I worked with many laptops and thats the case 98% of the time. so unless you find that board youre out of luck. Upload the pic of it i wanna see

In the 1st pic you can see whats connected to the little board, also, there are 2 ribbon slots on the main motherboard and I'm fairly sure they were the keyboard and trackpad.

and there is nothing else on the board that looks like something should be connected there? no slots, no pins?. Are there any buttons on the board? Also look carefully on the sides of the board. sometimes the on/off button/switch is on the side of the board especially on older laptops. Also does the power LED inducator turn on when you plug it in? it would be cool if you can get that to work you could have neat wall mount computer thing going on. Also if you manage to take more high quality pictures that would help me help you those pics you uploaded are kinda ...bad.
