I been on the forums roughly 7 years and never worried about getting banned. Although, I think I got slapped for a day or so for using the Mod logo as my avatar.

Same, except it's 6 years and I got slapped for jokingly calling the mods a certain word beginning with 'f' that is offensive to one minority but can also refer to cigarettes and that was over 4 years ago. I've been warned before now for venturing too close to religious/political discussion, I think I've only got away with it because it was civil or the mods were in a good mood on those days.


If you're willing to get along with the forum, then you'll be fine and people will welcome you back. I'm sure people aren't that unforgiving. After all, we all do stupid things from time to time and when looking in hindsight, fail to understand why we did them in the first place. But that's life, you live and learn.
