Geek Culture / Win 7 issues, can't create exe

Every once in awhile, the compiler will fail to create the executable unless I delete the existing one first, it seems to have issues overwriting sometimes. Well, now I can't even delete it, says I don't have permission. I can't run it either. And for some reason I can't even take ownership of the file. I hate this UAC garbage.

Ok, now the exe is just gone after waiting several minutes.

its cos its running the process still. i get it fairly often in VS when the app crashes...
usually just have to then end it in task manager.
