Today i was playing MW2 online and everything was going fine, until my screen said "You Are an Exorcist, Go Get Em" and everything went Black and white, my reticle was a Marjuana Leaf,
and i had really nice weapons that i never had before. i started teleporting to random places for short periods of time until i died and then it was color again but my reticle stayed the same.
everytime someone died they went flying to the sky.
for some reason there were diagnostics in the right side of the screen telling me the framerate, and the name of the hacker.
so i set out to see if i could kill the hacker, i found him finaly and killed him while he had his back turned then he got mad and kicked me from the game. when i got back to the multiplayer menu then text scrolled along the bottom saying "You Got F****** Owned"
i think the hacker's name was D3S3RT PR0DUCTS or something like that...

i dont know, im not exactly sure that was the hacker, it could have been just the host of the server but it did seem funny when i got kicked off for killing him

I have played a PS3 and I know why the online is free. Because I play like a couple of games and there was a few hackers. I think its free because there is no moderators to ban them. Dunno though...

If I've learned anything from all my years playing UT, never kill the server's mod. They will get ticked off that you own them and ban you because the only obvious way you could beat them (in their mind) is if you're a bot!

yes, as far as i know there are no moderators, ive only had mine for a year.
i believe it's more the game than the Network, because the game programmers could take precautions to prevent hacking on that game.
Battlefield Bad Company Had very few hackers, only a few times ive saw a real hack for example: i was in a tank and someone threw a grenade on my tank and even though my tank was brand new, no health lost, the standard flak grenade blew up my HEAVY tank while it takes 2 RPGs to take out a light tank.

Xbox costs online because Microsoft lowered the price of the Xbox so they would make it back from monthly payments (which they do). You still get banned on the PS3.

yeah ive played on the exact same serer, its just a mod. nothing to worry about and as may he appear as a hacker he isnt. He is the mods make or somehting im not sure. but its a load of crap, MW2 is getting plagued with these mods....

Tomorrow never comes until it is too late...

wow, that's dumb lol at least i wont be afraid to go online anymore, i was praying they wouldnt do something to get my personal data or something, i still wonder why i got kicked after killing the suspected hacker though.
