Hello, my name is Ben Prager. I've been drawing a web comic/graphic novel for a while now, and am a studio art major in college. I'm also a forum vet of sorts. I still check by every week or so, but don't post too often. Much of this has to do with college, and my greater interest in making comics than games (though making games comes immediately after in things I like to do in my spare time)
If you didn't see this in the first hald of 2010, then here is is now, so you know what I was doing on the forum:
DREAM
I'm still making Dream, but I'm on the last semester of college, and Dream falls pretty low on my list of priorities right now.
But anyways, about the comic!
Bazzelwaki is a SciFi/Fantasy comic. It involves alternate universes, the internet, memes, humor, action, and eventually horror as well. The memes are NOT the foundation of the comic, but a way to ease into it.
Bazzelwaki has a number of post-modern themes, but you don't need to know anything about post-modernism to read it. Just think of it as the man behind the curtain in the emerald city was not a wizard as everyone thought, just a man.
I'm nearing the end of the first chapter, with 4 pages remaining. There's a number of revisions I'll be doing, to keep all the content at similar levels of quality.
There is also a mini comic on the site, called Tiny Bazzelwaki. My "for fun" comics go there, as well as an odd art blog story comic, that by definition breaks the 4th wall.

I would be grateful if people could take the time to read the main comic, and very appreciative if they read the mini comic as well.
Any critiques, criticisms (constructive, preferably), comments, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Anything about the comic site itself as well, as I'm constantly working on it. It's done in Wordpress, powered by Comicpress. If there is anything about the site you think could be improved, please let me know.
