I have a standalone version of UnrealEd V3 (UT2004 Version)
It is pretty much the same as UDK but Unreal Engine 2.
It contains NO models\media\etc. from the UT2004 game itself but I just wanna know if you think I'm allowed to upload it.
If you think I'm allowed to I will upload a resource pack with all the demo content

I wouldn't think so, they would have to give you permission - otherwise they might just tell you to take it down.

You're not, besides the UDK is out and free. That's Unreal Engine 3, not 2, so it's better.

You can only get the UT04 editor by downloading or buying UT04.
