I want to start a programming group which is open to all programmers (Except the more experienced ones probably won't join). The point of this group will be to, obviously, work on creating games. The first one will be a 3D, First-Person, RPG like the Elder Scrolls series, except no where near as complicated.

This group will be open to all programmers, and as soon as some people join we will start working. This group will include 3d Modeling [with textures, and animation (we won't expect Halo, and Call of Duty level textures)] and coding programmers for the interface, actual gameplay, AI, applying the models in and rigging them, and physics.

It doesn't matter your skill level with coding because hopefully we will all be able to learn, and master, C++.

If you would like to join go to http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Terrestrialproductions/ and sign up. We will start the project when we get one person, but you can join in whenever.

I hope that we will be able to actually accomplish making these games!

I would join, but I am pursuring an ambitious indie project with my friends. If you ever need any C++, feel free to email me and I'll see what I can do.

This sounds like a team request without even a remotely started project. These are against the rules on this forum.
