Here is one (more welcome)

Mount Hyjal is the site of Nordrassil, the first World Tree created from an acorn of G'Hanir.
Go to Winterspring, then go all the way through area with Elite 60+ demons to place where is blocked entrance to Hyjal located.
On the right side of the entrance there is some slope that can be jumped on and walk around, then jump on up and go to the right side of terrain.
Going more left (a lot left) actually to the end of that area will let freely go down to Hyjal.
You can enjoy fantastic scenery there.
