Just a random note. Im currently a 3D artist but am totally unfamiliar with these programs. Would love to know if there were any teachers out there in exchange for some cash?

some collages offer payed courses for such things. The best thing about these courses is you get certified in the area . like if you take a 3ds max course (there might be more than 1 level) if you pass the test you will be a certified professional in 3ds max. I dont know how its over at your place but in some places these certificates are worth more than a colledge degree.

I recently found out that the russias top engeneering school is offering such courses so i am thinking of paying for some of them. I am not gonna take a 3ds max course but for me i am thinking i should take networking/servers administarting course, maybe some other microsoft course and eventually if i think i am hardcore enough, learn BSD (as in a unix os like pc bsd or free bsd) try to get certified in that. These certifications in russia are worth more than a college education. I dont know how its at your place but if you find a course like that around your area (and i know they exist) take the 3ds max and get certified. It will even help you get a job. people will more likeley hire someomne who is a certified professional in 3ds becase your certification immediatley tells everyone that you know the product inside out, rather than someone who just messes around with 3ds a lot nad they dontr really know how good they are.
