I'm long experienced in .Net and would like to write mobile games. Can anybody give me information on what tools shall I need and where to publish and sell my new games.

I'm currently writing apps for Android. .NET will be fine for Windows Mobile, but Android is Java based. The SDK and Eclipse are all you'll need for Android and everything is free. Take a look at developer.android.com for all the info.
