My friend Fraser. Went to my middle school and was going to my high school when he got signed. Congrats to him, he's one of the best I've seen in a while =) Really cool guy as well.

There's a town in England called Scarborough too so this was doubly confusing for me.
Well done to him, I hope he enjoys life in Scotland and does well at the club.

The football club Glasgow Rangers is known simply as Rangers not "the Rangers" btw.
