I was just wondering, i have an extremely visual mind(different numbers have different colors, etc.) and i was wondering what you peoples imagine others as. Reply with the way you see me... Now tell me if this is weird, it probably is... Either way, describe age, hair and eye color, height, etc. Hope this doesnt somehow violate the AUP. Somethin' says it does

Indeed, please reply!

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

its not so wierd. (well maybe not being curious... not sure about a thread about it though) I imagine you as a tall white male with red curly hair and an eye patch and two matching banana shaped scars on each cheek! LOL. Anyone have an idea were that comes from? hahaha. Its hard for me to imagine a person with so little to go on...

@ general... he asks what you think HE looks like lol... not for you to tell him straight up what you look like. (Like a guessing game.)

!??!?!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!? Wha--what?!?!? Heheh lol IN REALITY i have dark brown hair, am 5' 8" with two properly working eyeballs and a relatively unscarred face, lol! I see you as a male with olive complexion and short dark hair, you are about 6 foot

That's why i ask if this is a weird post, lol! Well you essentially replaced my original idea of what you look like with what you wrote xD

I imagine most of the people on this forum by their avatar, for example, as far as I'm concerned Nickydude is a monkey.

Yeah, the Avatar always goes a long way to contributing to the image of the person, as does the name. I can't really comment on what I'd imagine you to be like, as I've not really conversed with you much on the forum, apart from the odd post.

Of the people I've chatted to a lot, I'd say I see ...
Dazzag as an old boy with specs (that's his avatar doing the talking),
Jeku .. well, we've seen enough pics of him, so I don't have to imagine,
Seppuku Arts ... again, seen pics,
Thraxas is a fat old redneck (can't formulate any other imagine with an avatar like that!),
BiggAdd I imagine as a tall stocky blonde dude with chubby cheeks (lol),
Phaelax has long hair (no idea why),
Van B I picture as completely normal, since he normally talks the most sense

... could go on all day. Must stop there!

Heh, nice! Wrong though. 20/20 me. None of this glasses mlarkey! I getting to the old boy stage though! Been here since I was about 27, but I'm 38 in a couple of days!!!! My avatar is from Darkplace which I'm a bit fanbouy about to be honest.

Best way to imagine what I look like is add lots of hair. Apart from a brief baby/bouncer skinhead look I've always looked like a Def Leppard reject that never forgot the 80s (my iPod is full of metal, glam rock, rock, and ahem, cheesey stuff like ABBA). Plus at the minute a big beard. My missus likes the rough and ready look basically. Plus I'm lazy. Brilliant combination. She even said she wouldn't marry me if I had a shave...

As for you, Fallout, it would be easy to say a 25 year old baseball cap wearing pants showing Burger king employee with a million stickers on his car. But I never thought that (mainly because you didn't own a suped up shopping trolley). I always pictured you as a sort of wirey sort who could do with a shave, smelt of petrol, and hadn't brushed his hair since Xmas

And for the guy who started the thread; nice thread! But sorry, I never imagined anything as I don't think I've read anything from you But saying that, I would say really young dude.

Cheers

I am 99% probably lying in bed right now... so don't blame me for crappy typing

haha. Not far off. I'm 6'2" lanky, slim, shaved head (because I can't be arsed to brush it!), 29 year old who probably could do with a shave right about now, and in the next 5 minutes will stink of baccy (yes, started smoking again). How uncanny.

Someone needs to do a "post a photo of yourself" thread again.

Oh no. I can't let people think that. He's a drawing one of the kids in my class drew of me, which I believe will give you all a true insight into what I actually look like:

A man will one day wear a tophat in glasgow on a sunny day juggeling grapes while humming the jurrasic park theme tune.

Hmm, well here's what I picture of a few forum members I remember (please no offence, I mean this in a funny way ):

Obese87 is some fat guy with a white T-shirt and likes to eat maltesers and drink coffee.

CoffeeCoder has a baseball-cap, is pretty young, thinly built, and always smiles for some reason.

BiggAdd has a rather round, fat head, fat cheeks, and splutters a lot when he talks.

Benjamin is a cat.

Dazzag is a doctor with awesome sunglasses.

Thraxas is a huge fat guy with a red neck.

Fallout has a gasmask.

Neuro Fuzzy for some reason reminds me of a Pokemon. Special ability : MATHS!

Melancholic is a big turd.

Well DB-Dude79, I can't describe you because I have no idea who you are... I could make up some random things, but my imagination is having a black-out... COOKIES!

Yup, that's me! Proof:

That was a fun little journey of mine. Ah, dinosaurs, what magnificent creatures! Too bad its shadow doesn't match the direction of the light.

Here's how I imagine folks off the forum:

TheComet: Is about 5'8", has sandy-colored hair, is skinny and wears white t-shirts and black shorts

Van B: I see him exactly as his avatar

Jerico2Day: Black hair (that's thinning out), 5'7", is stocky and constantly wears suits (with blue jackets) and black ties for some reason.

BiggAdd: Pretty much like his avatar.

Ah, yeah, I imagine Thraxas and BigAdd exactly like their avatars.
[edit] ohh yeah and jeku is dexter from... dexter.[/edit]

I dunno tho, I don't really think about how people on the forums look, and I don't even have a feel for how people on the forums look. It's just a disembodied intellect.

To all those who say something like:

"I can't post my age because I'm not allowed/too young/etc." are having their posts deleted. Use your logic and sense! If you're young, just don't talk about age, period. Is it really too hard to understand? For obvious reasons I'm not naming names, but you're putting a giant target on your back.

Haaay!
I'm actually really skinny ironically, but everything else is true!

I don't have a photo anywhere but I might upload one on the other thread as I don't think I've shown my face since I joined!
Although... I quite like the anonymous thing and not knowing what people look like, when I see pictures of forum goers I scream, and also the mystery is gone.

DarkBasicDude - hmmm I haven't seen much of you on the forums so it's hard to say but I imagine you as a 28 year old man with short dark hair, lots of freckles and you're about 5'10, you also have forgotten to put the bins out!
TDK - Slim guy in his forties, wears glasses, does carpentry in his spare time .
Serge Adjo - Beavis
Latch - mid-twenties, lives on pizza and has a collection of funky hats.
Coffee Coder - Looks a bit like YodamanJer
I can't imagine anyone else without Coffee Coder's face popping into my head, you all look like Coffee Coder!
The Comet - A huge big fat enormous guy who eats food all the time and is fat and huge. jk, You are probably wearing a beanie right now! and you have long hair that is messy and you try to tidy it by coming it but it just gets messy again so you wear your beanie most of the time and you smoke which is very bad for you so you should quit that! You also like burgers but hate McDonalds and you have a cat called Percy.

Haha, thinning hair? My hair is extremely thick and is about 2 or 3 feet long

But I like the idea of wearing blue suits with black ties. That just sounds classy.

I imagine people by their name, and by their avatar if it's a interesting.

For example, whenever I see yogi bear I think Philip the lawyer bear is talking. It really annoys me when it's not.

Ben is a cat, Dazzag is a pimp. Pagan is a pagan, etc etc...

Also, I've been inspired to change my avatar. From now on, just call me what all my friends call me. Ace... or Duke...
