Gah, even in the country here in britain we don't have those nice open roads and houses. It makes me sad

"Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." That's a bit like saying Hey bullies! So yeah, this words thing isn't working, but I'll tell you what will

Seems like you live in a standard neighborhood.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

Standard? That's a quite nice place.

Crap, between this and other stuff, America looks liek a nice place to live. It's like Britain, without the overpopulation of irritable old people.

Wish I could post a pic of my view, but the only camera I have is my phone, and I lost the cable to hook it up to the comp.

I would say that is a "standard" neighborhood. I've lived in ones that were even more crowded, though, with 5 ft or less space between your house and your neighbor.

The rainbow shots are nice, really wish I could post pics of the one I had over my house! But maybe that's a good thing, because we don't want EVERYONE jealous of Colorado... Nice views of the mountains, wide open rolling plains (at least where I live), AND triple rainbows!

Here's a photo from my living room window. The greyest skies exclusive to my neck of the world (and I love grey skies).

I used to have a lovely view onto a field, then it went crap with the wrong type of people moving in around it.

Heres a google maps of the place. I used to be very very nice there, we had to move out on account of the drug dealers and mentally unstable neighbors. Took about 2 years to turn horrible

The road is actually called Rimrose valley road google

I love grey skies as well!

If you love grey skies, I propose a house/nation swap, you get lots of grey skies, almost every day here!

And I'll get a nice house somewhere nice.

Lol the blue skies here are absolutely beautiful as well, i wouldnt give them up. One day i was walking outside and it was a very light blue, almost white near the horizon, and it smoothly faded to a dark, purplish blue directly above. Jealous now?

@Jeku: Turn down the bloom a bit, it makes the it look unrealistic.

I don't have any interesting pictures now, but around where I used to live, in the North end: Google

I think his picture looks perfectly realistic Lol but his grey skies are highly emphasized by the picture. But on both of my pictures, the sky was blue and turned up white... Either way my camera is an awesome, silver, Nikon Coolpix. It's awesomely awesome!

It's almost never quiet where I live. If the wind isn't howling, then you can bet a woodpecker ruins it.

My view isn't very exciting unless you like coffee (which I don't).

Straight across from me is Java Island. The only time I've gone in there was when a friend of mine told me they make really good hot dogs. I went in and asked if they sold hot dogs and the girl behind the counter looked at me like I was from another planet. "No, we've never sold hot dogs.".

To the right is a middle school. And if you look at the condition of the yard I just bought a new weed whacker but haven't gotten around to actually using it.

so that white building is a tech school, behind it is a driving school and those fancy roman buildings are the lobby of the nuclear research institute and the powerplant and other facilities hence all the pipes in that area. the place is a secret facility

REMOVED BY MOD

this is the bread factory which was built on top of a nuclear waste dump in the 70s to the left is a parking garage, and then there is a river a wildlife reservation area and behind those a nother moscow district

MS Paint has decent scaling, you just have to deselect everything so that it is resizing the entire image.

The closer building is the records and financial building for my town, and the farther building is the town law offices. You can sort of see the top of my van at the bottom right.

Here is one facing the back of the property.

Here is the house itself, just so you know I don't live in an empty field.
