Came out a few days ago for America and all that, came out today for Australia and am getting it tonight.

The demo was awesome and I'm looking forward to it.

I picked this up today. I've been having fun so far. If there's a friends list in the multiplayer, and there's enough people on here who et it maybe we can have a TGC Multiplayer match

Haha I would join that. In San Fran right now but when I get back I will buy crysis 2. Had lots of fun with number one. Hopefully there will be a sbe for pc and stuff.

Can't wait for tommorow, the trailers have been excellent, and Apart from the dumb-witted crysis-esque AI (which isn't usually a problem anyways) should be awesome

If you've visited Crymod recently, you'll notice they're all whining about not having instant access to the editor, I'm doing the world a favour and keeping it to myself

I wasn't too impressed with the PC demo. The "press start" really worries me about the quality of the PC version...

the gameplay itself wasnt bad though was it? except for the "ai¨m help thingy" which should be removed from the PC mp >__>
but other than that, the port was barely noticeable.

I just don't understand how a game that was previously a PC exclusive and pretty much a benchmarking tool became a console to PC port. I would rather a single player demo though, not a big fan of Crysis mp in general and its hard to drool over nice graphics if I'm running from people all the time

I may be wrong, it does happen on occasion , but I thought this was because of PC piracy.

i do agree with you, on all points.
I remember playing crysis 1 demo, and wow, i played that one single map a thousand times and i played with the demo sandbox a lot and wow how many barrels i have blewn up in it. x)

Yes.. I sat in 4 quick play lobbies watched a timer count down from 240 to 1... and then it just went: 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,240,239....

After that I tried join game and the server list showed me games that either said 16/16 players or 0/16 players :S

I then tried quick game again and it couldn't find any games so made one just for me... I ran around in an empty level for 10 mins... I won though

EDIT
All of this combines with me having enter my CD key every single time I start the game.

Yeah it patched before I even opened it the first time. I'm not the only one having these type of problems though, so I'll just have to wait for a new patch.

Hopefully it will be better than Gears of War. I bought it for PC on release day and am still waiting for a patch to make it playable in single player!

I'm not really too bothered. I liked the first one but in reality it was just a good shooter with some features tagged on (like the nanosuit). I tried the demo of Crysis 2 and it looks really nice, but I'm not a fan of MP and my PC can't handle it.
