DLL Talk / Extract String Table from Licensed Plugin?

I know string tables inside Licensed Plugins are encoded in Binary format, but does someone have any C++ code handy to extract the data from the DLL, and format it, so that it can be read the same as a standard string table?


Also, is there any other procedure required to access the discovered commands within a custom-build TPC?
