well I am finally starting to get things published and making small amounts of money. So I was thinking of the future and wondering where everyone was located. I wanted to know if anyone was located in Ohio if not where.

I'm in PA, but once I'll be moving back to NYC in the next 3 years or so.

I'm visiting Cleveland on Friday for family reasons.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

It's far from great. It was run by a governor with mafia connections for the last 10 years, most of the state is populated by idiot rednecks, and generally the roads are the worst in the country.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

i shoudl say i worked alot and stayed out of the way. i only went to school, work and hung out in coffee shops on the south side. I was also younger and there were a lot of younger people ll around me. and everyone wanted the same thing.

I went to an art school so every where i went there where lots of art school students or itt tech students and such so i had great conversations just riding on the buses.

The South Side is nice (during the evening and early day, at night it's rather...dangerous). The night life is a bit interesting though.

New England is a great place to be from.... far, far from. NO, JK

I was born in Fall River, Mass and grew up in Warren, Rhode Island. I would love to go back some day but for now I'm stuck in Atlanta.

So true, however I'm just used to it. It really is pretty here though. I've been to Georgia once.

yea not trying to be racist but I'm a 250 pound black guy and fairly solid. a few extra pounds. I'm not a big partier I'd rather be at home making art or dreaming about owning a game design studio. but the times i do go out people leave me alone.

There's a few Ohioans here. I'm a blue chip southerner, and Phaelex is a northerner...so obviously if we both ever met in real life we wouldn't be able to stand each other's accents.

wow not that it will matter anytime soon
but i finally have 1 app out making small money and two more getting finally touches together. I have a binder full of game ideas and app ideas i have been slowly pushing out. I'm wondering if i ever made enough money and rented out a small building, and you can get old building space for 400 dollar to 750 would any Ohioans want to meet up and work together on some of the game ideas.

I'm under ur bridge eating ur goatz.

Seriously though, I'm located in Switzerland in Baselland. It's quite cold here, and the people are all stiff and humorless... I come from Australia.

I'm in a small town in California.

You don't need to do that, Wind27382. This is the 21st century... you don't have to physically be in the presence of anybody to work on a project together. If you must talk to them live you can use Skype or any other webcam program to do video chat. I recently got a Logitech HD webcam and it comes with Logitechs own version of video calls for free. To work with files together you can use Dropbox to share files easily. You'll save a lot more money via webcam and Dropbox than renting an actual office.

you are right and yes i use skype to do freelance work. but there is a difference workign through the computer and when you can get a group of people face to face and work on a project.

From Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada originally.

Now I live in downtown San Francisco with half the space for twice the rent! At least I can see the Golden Gate bridge from my balcony!

I'd rather pay half the price for twice the space and look out the window and see a pine tree rather than a bridge!

New England. MA specifically. One of the smallest towns in the United states (only 1.6 square miles I think) is right next door.

That why I said one of, Monroe and quite a few others in the western united states are a bit smaller. I was going by size not population though

I just got back from Cleveland, ugh it was terrible. The town is so drab and boring, not to mention the people are generally rude and annoying.

I think I'll stick with the more...Eastern states.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

Used to live in Ulverston Cumbria, England.

Then moved to a more hobbit-like environment by the name of New Zealand. Home of the one ring. And a lot of Brits who enjoy the sun!

And in four years time once I get my masters I shall move somewhere else. Dunno where, back to Britain or some nice place in America. Lots of work in America

Max

Nah, not that far north, I'm in the Allentown area. My family has a lakeside cottage in the Poconos though, very nice up there.

My uncle lives in charleston. Bears and copperheads in his backyard. We couldn't go swimming one year because the copperheads were just all over the place.
