Latest newsletter is available to read here http://www.thegamecreators.com/pages/newsletters/newsletter_issue_100.html

There may be a slight delay before the free version of Goals shows up. Should be available within a few hours.

My profile picture's not on there...I feel unloved

This amazed me, I never knew you'd done the Lunar Simulator stuff, that's awesome!

Are the updates for the model packs seperate installers than the originals? Because I don't see any other downloads/updates in my history/product page and when I tried redownloading the original Metro Theater Model Pack file, the new showcase level is missing half of it's segments/entities in test game, and everything from the level in the editor isn't showing up.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's working now. I ran the cleaner, and now everything's showing up as it should be Great updates!

1 to 100! I have read and loved them all. Keep up the great work guys! I have missed hearing from Richard Davey. This issue brought back fond memories of times past.

Thanks for all the congrats. It's been a team effort both this month and previously.

Rick and Lee keep me fed with news and pat me on the head from time to time.
Mike quietly produces a lot of website content that makes it into the newsletter very smoothly
Paul patiently makes changes to the way the system works at my request.
And Dave has never made me the butt of his jokes (although maybe I should be thanking Mike for taking the hit on that one?)

There's a number of other people contributing along the way including James the marketing guy, Peter who supplies graphics and logos etc, regular contributors such as Baxslash, KeithC, Daniel and David Gervais (there are many more), and of course everyone who not only reads the news, but create it too.

My final thanks go to Rich Davey. I was once (and still am) a DarkBASIC Classic turned DBPro enthusiast with a dream to code, and the monthly newsletter to keep me inspired. Rich took me on as regular tutorial writer and recommended me as his successor. As I said in the newsletter, I aspire to the issues I read for 4 years before writing them myself. Rich also continued to provide the covers after his departure, until the birth of his second child (I remember the sleepless nights too!).

And issue 100 is a good time to confess to Rich. All those years ago I worked out how to read the newsletter before it was published, I think that made me one of your most loyal readers!

Thank you all!

Excellent Issue Batvink...

Also I noticed The Blobs is free today on the appstore...

I don't typically comment on newsletters, but this 100th issue was very well done. Nice job all of you involved. I especially liked the cover!

Great issue! Very interesting read and nice to see Rich as a guest writer.

I thought WordTris would have made it into the 100 list, but I'm not offended. I *am* offended that I didn't make the cover though

Your avatar was in the "pile", but the montage software couldn't find a place for it, sorry. (You were #7 in my list of extracted data).

As for the games...after 5 hours of compiling the list I had to stop. There are many games that didn't make it that would have been nice to be in there. Maybe somebody somewhere might keep going and add the rest.

Nice one guys and congrats on building not only excellent software but on building a fantastic, supportive and cool community around it. And props to you Steve for putting together an epic edition of the newsletter!

Honoured to have coded on 3 of the projects in the 100!
