Found this a few minutes ago. Sounds like you just use Lua scripting to build games for iPhone.

Looking at the youtube video of the physics example, it looks pretty darn easy to use.

Looks really simple, if I can figure out how to set up a points system I can think of several games just based off of the demo in the video.

Not quite the IDE UI I was expecting, but their seems to be enough sample code to make heads or tails of it.

Other than the sample code and the simulator, it doesn't seem to be much more than a packer to pack the lua to apk.
