Geek Culture / No bookmark manager after firefox update?

I allowed FireFox to update and now I don't have a bookmark manager anymore. I used to click on 'Bookmarks - Manage' and back them up to an HTML file weekly but that's gone now. Is that a plug-in I had installed?

It's under "Show all Bookmarks" - Try Ctrl+Shift+B.
