For $300 you can have your own spy-copter remotely controlled from your iphone/ipod. Even if you're not an Apple fan you can't tell me you don't want one of these!

I've seen those before. But... last time I saw it, it wasn't that expensive.

oh man, i would actually buy an iphone just for that one thing. I was gonna build a drone at some point too, i got myself an rc helicopter and a small remore camera, but i never got around to it. I was also gonna extend the rc range of the controller violating FCC regulations, but oh well. anyway i never got around to doing that.

I've seen this in person before. It's kind of cool. But not something you could use all that much

Hmmm. Wifi or bluetooth? If it's bluetooth it'll have a lame range. Also, I particularly liked the way it showed the controls were reversed when it comes towards you, for the many plebs out there who have never played with a remote control car. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!

I hate RC Cars, 4 hours of charge for 15 minutes of fun. I would still hope it would be bluetooth, since bluetooth has a faster rate of data exchange, while wifi has a slow data exchange rate. plus, you could use it in a area that has no wifi (which is most places for me)

The only RC cars are nitro ones! Batteries are for lamers! It is wifi apparently, but has it's own built in router, so you don't need to be near a hotspot. It is a hotspot.

What? If you're talking about the speed of the actual waves themselves, they're the same. If you're talking bandwidth wise, even if that's true, isn't 54mbp/s good enough for you?

That's the ISP limitations, not the actual wifi though.
