They already declared war on NATO after they attacked them when NATO said Hacking is now considered an act of war.

Of course Lulzsec have an extremely robust method of protecting themselves:

I think proxies are still backtrace-able, although difficult, and I'm sure there are other methods to find them, they must exist in the physical world as well.

I know they hide behind several proxies, as well as Tor. I would like to see them finally get caught, 32 anon members were caught in Turkey just a few days ago, so obviously they aren't invisible, like they seem to think.

If the CIA had better systems LulzSec wouldn't have taken them down. And if not LulzSec, someone more dangerous would have. Gotta see both sides of the coin.

Someone's gonna get sick of them and find out where they are, then they're gonna go to court. At least I hope so. They're just attention seekers with too much time on their hands.

Yes, it is me.

Life taught me that this is the point where the fun actually begins

Lulzsec have an interesting way of DDoSing.
You ring them, and they redirect the call to the target.

I just want to point out here, To the guy that said police arrested 32 members of Anon,
Anon isn't really a group, More so of an Alias. Basically if you post on 4chan, You're anon.

Despite the article I read awhile back explaining the holes in Tor that made it traceable.

I honestly don't think anyone at the CIA cares. It's a public server, it's not like someone "hacking" it the way they did is cause for alarm. LulzSec can't touch anything of worth from the CIA.

Though I have to admit, with all the bragging they do I really would like to see them put in their place.
