Hey all,
Did anyone watch Degrassi growing up? It's one of the first Canadian shows to break out into the USA and over 20 countries. They've just put them on Hulu and I'm watching through them all. There's some really classic stuff in there. I remember thinking Caitlin was so pretty haha
The show was one of the first to tackle topics like AIDS, molestation, suicide, and abusive parents. It was quite popular in the US, in fact the developers of 90210 wanted to license it but the producers refused and wanted to keep it in Canada, so they created 90210 instead.
Anyways, it's kind of nostalgic because I'm an 80s kid. Just wanted to know if anyone else has seen it. All of the episodes are available officially on YouTube I believe.

It's pretty camp. Kevin Smith, creator of Clerks and Jay & Silent Bob, is a fan and appeared in the new Degrassi show several times (which isn't nearly as good as the original).
EDIT
The hairstyles were hilarious.
