I doubt it very much, you'd need something that converts the analogue signal sent by the wii into a digital signal required by your monitor. Unless it has VGA input, in which case I'm not sure.

EDIT:

For VGA, check this out. http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?hl=en&q=wii+to+vga&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&biw=1920&bih=955&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=4684838975148076384&sa=X&ei=SdwdTrzgIIu3hAex84njBw&ved=0CC4Q8wIwAA

Of course you can. You just need a Wii VGA cable and an analogue-to-digital convertor, which you can buy at any local electronics store.

If im not mistaken, there are some drivers that allow you to do this, a friend of mine was able to do this wirelessly by only installing those drivers into his computer, it now works like a charm.

Your signature has been erased by a mod please reduce it to no larger that 600 x 120.

No he didn't. Wii -> Monitor does not include a computer, so how would drivers help at all?

I don't know if this helps, or if I've misunderstood what you're asking; but I managed to plug my original XBox into my PC using the s-video input on my PC's TV tuner card (I guess any video capture card would do the same though), then I plugged the audio into my sound card's aux. input.

This completely depends on your monitor. Mine has virtually every video connection available on it, so I can hook up anything I want to my monitor.

A monitor is the same as a TV. Of course you can do it. You just need to get the right cable or a converter box. I used to have my xbox and eventually when I got it, my 360 hooked up to my PC monitor.
