Hey guys! I originally wanted my console to have simple push buttons covered with more aesthetically pleasing cast resin buttons, but i realized those would have a spring feel, and i want that feel that most buttons have due to the rubber contacts that short out the exposed traces below them, like on a calculator. So i want to use them for my console but i dont know how to get them, and i want them to be in the arrangement of my console's buttons. I was thinking perhaps i could get a sheet of them and cut it into pieces the size, shape, and arrangement i need. Where could i get a sheet, if such a thing exists? If not, what could i do otherwise?

Also, being that the contacts are made of a conductive rubber, the contact will conform to the exposed traces on the PCB, so should i have to worry about debouncing the buttons?

The thing im talking about is one of these:

It is from an old calculator.

Answer appreciated!

You already have a thread for this. You're clogging up the forum. D:

It's about your console, so why not?
