I just got a PC that I ordered of cyberpowerpc. However, when I start it up all I see on the monitor is the mouse, which I can move.
What could be going on?

We will need some more info. Can you give us:

-all hardware specs (CPU, Motherboard, GPU, RAM, HDD(s) etc.)
-Operating system (Win7 64-bit?)
-Does it get past the BIOS?
-Does your operating system start?
-How far does it load before it hangs like that?

Well. Any number of things. Bad hardware, bad OS installation, etc.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

Any suggestions on how I could narrow down what the problem is?

Yep, reinstall the OS.

Your signature has been erased by a mod because combined with the image and the text underneath, it's larger than 600x120.

Or write an angry hurtful letter to cyberpowerpc, demanding them to reinstall it

It is a desktop.
I don't feel like explaining everything, but I got the thing to turn on but I am still mailing it back.

Do you realize they're probably just going to laugh at you once you send it back? Quit being lazy and reinstall the OS.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.
