Dark GDK / Moving Window Blue screen? | Net play library?

I have two questions.

First question is whenever I move my game window the screen goes blue.
Is there a way I can make it so the game just pauses/freezes while I move the window, instead of showing a blue background?

Second question is does anyone know any online-netplay libraries I can use for making online games?

well, check the decomentation and check the Online Part. it will help you
