I'm sure this has been touched upon before. But I couldn't find the solution. When yuo load an image, then turn it into a sprite. How do you stop it getting, that Darkened edge......here's a sample:

Sorry, about the poor image sample. But I had to use my aweful digital camera to take a pic of my other computer screen....

How are you loading the image? Are you using an extra ,1 on the end?

To get a good picture of your screen press 'Print Screen' It's a button on your keyboard. That sends a picture to the clipboard. To get the picture off the clipboard you need to load an art package. Find Edit/paste .... or paste from clipboard.. and then you have a perfect copy of the screen. I've never seen those black lines.

ooOOOH, ya thanx IanM.... that works now....

My other computer isn't connected to the inter net. And the floppy drive on this one isn't working, and I didn't want to waste a CD-RW.
so I couldn't use the Print Screen.
But thanx anyway....
