There's a guy with a high pitched dog whistle or something telling him when to bark/stop barking. It's been done before with a horse.

Yeah, I think what they concluded was that the horse figured out to stomp until everyone reacted and gave him a treat. xD

I think I agree with a poster under the video... The guy appears to tilt his head up whenever the dog gets to the correct number.
