Hey, my friend gifted me Bastion on Steam and then another friend gifted it to me as well. The thing is that I can't do anything with it.

Please see attached picture.

In my library it says activate instead of play and when trying to do anything with the extra gift it just says that I already have a guest pass and that I should buy the game ( which I have, since friend 1 gave it as a gift) but in the store it says that I already own this game, so I can't buy it. I can't give the game to anyone, he can't redeem it and I can't accept it. Has $15 just been wasted?

Any ideas?

I looked through Steam support but I couldn't find a solution.

It says "The specified article does not exist or you do not have permission to view it."

I'm not sure why I wouldn't have permission but anyway, thanks for helping Jerico2day.

Thanks, Ocho Geek. I sent them a question but still no reply. It also turns out that my play time on Bastion has been reset too.
