I played both levels several times but honestly there aren't enough "good" points for a full review.
All I can say about "redtunnel" is, that it's a typical "nightmare" level. Means it's designed to look impressively scary and nothing else. No realism, no logic just trying to look AWESOME.
Gameplay is nonexistent but at least the level is short.
"hospital" is even worse, it looks like a promotion level for shaders with randomly added entities and SCAAARY monsters.
Amongst the things I find most ridiculous in a game, are DARK alcoves and dead end corridors (some don't even have a locked/blocked door at the end as an excuse) that are just there to hide monsters. Unfortunately the level is even more boring than it is ridiculous.
