This is 18 minutes of sheer joy. It really brings me back in time and the author must have spent a lot of time synchronizing the music with the video. Enjoy

Oh man does this bring back memories! I suddenly feel like playing a marathon of Mario now. Was this made by Nintendo or a fan? Either way it's an awesome video. Well, while we're in the Mario spirit I think I'll list a few of my favourite Mario games:

1. Super Mario World Advanced 2 (1:10)
2. Mariokart (all of them)
3. Super Mario 64
4. Yoshi's Island (GBA)
5. Super Mario Bros (1980s)

Well, I'll be back in about 10 hours after I've beaten Bowser 20 times and come first in a couple of races

Thanks for sharing Jeku!

Obviously due to the series (and therefore like the series), It got worse the longer it went on. the old 8-bit mario still looks awesome

Just had this on in the background whilst I cooked tea. Shame I missed the visuals but I loved it nonetheless.
Lots of these songs bring back memories, I always say super Mario World is my favourite Mario game, but everytime I hear any music from SMB2 I begin to maybe think otherwise. Loved that game.

I too loved the Gameboy Mario game and SMB2 the best. Of the newer generation, I really enjoyed the 2 Mario Galaxy games, and also Mario Sunshine (which not a lot of people liked!)

Really? I've never heard bad things about that game. I still haven't played it, so I think that I'll pick up a copy of it, along with a gamecube controller.

As for Mario Kart, I think that Double Dash and Mario Kart DS were the best ones. The other games were all good, but those two were just the most fun; Double Dash was great for Multi-player and DS was great for portability and online play. I wasn't a huge fan of the wii version though. I don't know why, I just didn't have much fun with it.

Excellent video!

My all time favorite mario game was Super Mario Land 2, on the gameboy.

Next in line I'd say Mario Sunshine, followed by Mario Kart.

I think we should exclude Mario Kart from peoples favourite Mario games. It's not a Mario game, its a racing game with mario in it. It's like saying my favourite R.O.B. game is Mario Kart

Actually, if people are using that logic, why isn't their a flurry of people saying Smash Bros?

Mario Kart is a bit more Mario-centric than smash brothers is though...
