The globe is "Ericsson Globe", a famous arena in Stockholm.
The guy at the end is a little bit disapointed since he had purchased two tickets for a hockeygame, and now he wonders if he could get the money back...

I see a lot of those random Finn videos, each weirder than the other, but I guess you have to know finnish to get half of them, and even then, you won't get it
