Here is a few of my WW2 models;

British Churchill Mk VII Infantry Tank

U.S. 2 1/2 Ton Cargo Truck 'Deuce and a Half'.

U.S. M26 Tank Transporter 'Dragon Wagon'.

German Tiger 2 'King Tiger'

I've been making models since I was 8, starting off with 1:72 scale aircraft, then 'graduating' to 1:35 scale armour.

I don't usually weather my models as I like the 'factory fresh' look, but I am learning weathering techniques.

I don't think the TGC forums will display them if there's a % in the URL.

Anyway, they look pretty damn cool.

Yeah I like tanks. You should have a go at 3D modelling them. learn Anim8or it's easy. And the reason that Anim8or doesn't get much mention is because it's boned limbs don't work in DBPro. But tanks don't have boned limbs, so Anim8or is fine for making them, and using them in games. My siggy models were all made in Anim8or.

Thanks, I renamed the albums without any spaces, and it works now! Lesson learnt for future albums!!

I'm currently learning how to use Milkshape, as I'll be making a couple of vehicle models for a future game project I'm planning to co-develope.

They're all Tamiya Kits, but with added scratchbuilt details and corrections (especially the Dragon Wagon).

I built the Star Trek original series USS Enterprise a few years ago!!

Seriously though, I'm not really a fan of maritime models, I prefer aircraft and armour models

Thanks! Not really, Tamiya models are engineered to be relatively easy to put together, the real challenge lies in the painting, weathering and detailing of them.

Do you paint these yourself?

Matter is energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively Theres no such thing as death,life is only a dream,and were the imagination of ourselves.

Yes, they're all built, painted and detailed by me. As you can probably see from the pictures, I don't use an Airbrush, I hand paint all my models.

Here's a few more pictures;

U.S. PBR 31 Mk II 'Pibber'

British Chieftain Mk III MBT

German Leopard 2A5 MBT

British Cruiser Tank Mk IV A27M Cromwell

German SdKfz 232 Heavy Armoured Car

Russian T34 Medium Tank

I'm not sure about that white paint finish. I looked for the white tank, and there aren't many pictures, but from what I could get from the blurry images they looked better painted than that.

I too spent a long time looking for reliable pictures of T34s in Winter service, and like you, could only find blurry pictures. It's occasions like that when you have to use 'artistic license'.

In the end I decided to depict a tank that had a whitewash winter camouflage applied, over its base dark green paint, in a hurry by its crew (which is what happened in reality).
