DLL Talk / is it legal

i found that many dll's that can be downloaded from the forum or come with dbp are in a way large, so is it legal to use upx to shrink dlls?

There is nothing illegal about using UPX to shrink the DLL files.

TGC allows you to do what you want with their products, and there is nothing innately illegal about UPX. I used to use UPX all the time to shrink executables.

Just because it is commonly used when making viruses does not mean that it can't be used for good purposes.
