As always, here i am posting another time wasting thread/personal preference of other people learning thread! I hope you have no trouble making sense of the title, but just in case, ill restate it here: what is the food you like to eat the best? Mine is sesame chicken, but only the right kind. Most kinds are just coated with this thick, bland sauce. The kind i like is where it has the thin sauce that is very spicy! Then as said in before threads, my fav drink is Diet Pepsi! Yours?

Feels like I'm filling out a MySpace profile here, but anyway, because I'm an indecisive git and for my many (zero) fans out there, here's a list.

Dish: Curry, Roast or Fajitas
Drink: Tea, Monster and Dr Pepper.
Favourite tea: Rooibos/Red Bush
Poultry: Duck (though Quail is very nice, but duck wins because there's not very much meat on a Quail)
Meat: Beef
Fish: Salmon, Tuna or Cod
Fruit: Bananas
Vegetable: Parsnips
Green Vegetable: Asparagus or Brussel Sprouts
Pudding: Waffles and Ice Cream! Or Cheesecake
Sweets/Candy: Snakes (The 'Natural' brand ones)
Chocolate: Galaxy

Omgawd.

There is really no end to my hunger. And it would probably be impossible for me to think of a favorite food.
But I shall say that I love most types of food. Asian (sweet and sour pork is amazing), Italian, bloody everything.
Steak, medium rare, with a decent amount of seasoning, mmm, my mouth is watering.
In all senses I am a food fiend. And I love to taste new stuff.

Favorite soft drink, Dr. Pepper.

Regards,

Max

I think the most amazing tasting food is crispy chicken skin. And I don't mean some fat boy massive serving of pure skin. I mean, when you roast a chicken open foil, with a lot of salt and pepper on it, it goes mega crispy. Then when I take it out, I take off the top crispy layer of skin and munch it as my spoils for making the dinner. That is the best tasting snack, bar none!

Also, crackling off of a good piece of pork! Coat it with some salt and you've got something totally like awesome!

And steaks, medium rare is a must, well done is just too tough and lacks flavour. And how could I forget Spaghetti Bolognase? Love the stuff and when I was a student it earned bonus points for being a cheap meal! My recipe is pretty basic - minced beef, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, cheddar cheese and a helping of spaghetti, though I at times experiment, it was actually really nice adding soy sauce to it.

Funny you should say spagbol Sep, cos I'm about to go make one right now. My recipe is a semi cheat. I use a family size Dolmio, but basically loadsa onions in olive oil, garlic, 1 chilli, then the beef, mixed peppers, mushrooms of any variety, oregano, salt + pepper, big ol' dolmio plus 1 tin chooped toms, beef stock cube, sim simmer who got the keys to ma bimmer for about 40 minutes, serve on spaghetti and add some homemade garlic bread and salad with balsamic and olive oil.

I AM GOING TO GET COOKING COS I BLOOMIN' LOVE IT! NOM NOM NOM. (Plus I make 8 portions so it'll add to my mass of frozen home made ready meals!)

I've not had one for a lil while actually I've cooked it with Dolmio before and it was tasty, sadly nobody else in the house like Dolmio. Same goes for peppers, oregano and basil, though to be fair to them, I hate mushrooms.

That's the best thing, it's not easy (or sensible) to make a small amount, you end up with loads to put in the freezer making the whole thing damn cost effective.

However, my dinner tonight is a nice and healthy salad! Which are actually quite nice and filling, yes I'm probably the first fat guy ever to actually admit he likes eating salad. Though being dressed as a Viking, walking into a Pizza Hut and ordering a salad probably seemed rather strange - I should have ordered a pizza with the most dead animals on it with a side order of blood and a horn of mead, but there you go. I guess I'm one to hate being the stereotype (says the Englishman who loves tea, scones and crumpets).

French toast
Philly style cheese steaks
Deep fried mozzarella sticks (or really anything deep fried)
Steak and chicken fajitas
Tacos
My grandmother's meat loaf
This cheesy, meaty, noodle casserole my mom makes
Puppy chow:

I generally like to eat and drink most things so it's hard to pick a favorite, I either love it or won't eat it.

Exactly. Bung in an extra tin of choppeds toms to make it go further too. I do that with all the meals I make. Eat it every other day for the whole week, having different things in between. Sometimes it gets to a weekly shop and I look in the freezer and have homemade curries, spag bol, lasagne, babotie, cottage pie etc. and I don't need to buy anything but a few fresh things. It's basically having ready meals, but nutritious ones you know have good quality ingredients in, rather than the scrag ends of carrots or sphincter of cow.

Dude, there is no glory there if that salad saw any mayonaise. I don't get mayo actually. It's fairly tasteless and bad for you, so it seems about as pointless as a food can get. It's like eating super mild cheddar .... you have to eat massive chunks of it to enjoy it, thus clogging your arteries. Why not just eat a smaller amount of really mature cheddar?

No Mayo, I sometimes have salad with a vinegarette but never mayonaisse. Though I have mayo with tuna, but that actually affects the flavour in a good way, same if you mix mayo with pesto (which is awesome in a chicken chiabatta). Some types of mayonaisse actually has flavour, Tesco's own brand doesn't have that much of a taste and to be honest I don't like Hellmans that much either, however, if you're feeling like a posh git get Waitrose Mayonaisse, with pesto it is just awesome.

Cheese, mild cheddar isn't flavourless, it's just a lot smoother and I don't think you need massive amounts, but my favourite is definitely Cathedral City Mature Cheddar, though I bought some of the extra mature last week, I put it on toast with Lea and Perrins and it was disgusting. It was a pretty big block of cheese, so I'm gonna have to find something to do with it that doesn't involve throwing it in the bin.

Give it to me man! I eat Seriously Strong vintage .... mmmm .. with hot and spicy pickled shallots. That's like a sex explosion in your mouth plus it gives you breath to scare off any vampire.

Each to their own though mate! I saw Jimmy Carr on tele doing a stand-up routine the other day. Very funny!

Also, Bill Bailey is dead.

Puppy chow! It's amazing! Basically, just Chex cereal mixed with melted chocolate some honey and some other stuff, then covered in powdered sugar. It's great because it tastes great and it only takes 5 or so minutes to make.

Aye. It's got to be chicken tikka, peppered cheese, lettuce and onion toasted with southwest sauce.
