When using the bulk comment/uncomment buttons in the IDE, it doesn't always uncomment all lines. Sometimes it ignores some of them.

Isn't that just visually?
The new IDE kind of blows when it comes to the visual aspects; it resizes to over the full screen size when minimized, panels get frozen over each other until you force it to repaint itself by drawing another window over it, etc.
But I've never seen that anything that should be outcommented is left behind?

Same here. Comment out a block works fine, but un-commenting a block does a line or two...

I find that commented blocks of code change their highlighting as I move the cursor around or scroll the screen up and down. That was initially disconcerting but now I've got used to it.

The most annoying feature of the new IDE for me is that pressing F1 often doesn't take me to the relevant page of the Help file when the cursor is placed in the command I'm checking. This is necessary because the author of the Help file didn't see fit to sort things alphabetically so you can't look up things in a straightforward manner - that lack has wasted a lot of time.

@GG: it usually works if you try it two or three times actually
(Of course, some commands have no / incorrect help file links in their keyword files).

That is exactly what I do.
