I got an idea, on how to prevent devices from indexing your media files to their internal libraries.

rename all your whatever.png files to whatever.agk and they still loads as png files, but the device will not see them as images. Same with sound files.

I think it's the iOS devices that indexes the images and sound files, so I can't test that out, since I only have android devices. I plan on getting an iPod touch gen 4 for x-mas though meanwhile, is there anyone with the index problem, who can test this?

I tried loading an image, named .agk, and it worked, so the theory should be right, theoretically...

If someone really wants to rip out your data, he just has to look at the first 3 chars of the contents of your file to see its a PNG!

Yes bjadams, but the devices that automatically index your media for the viewers to see, will not.

We should have an embedd/encryption system for our media.
