I just downloaded the demo to my c:\users\downloads\ folder

I then extracted everything from the demo to c:\users\downloads\blitzterraindemo\

And there are three executables, all of which do not run, with an error message "The input parameter is incorrect"

Has anyone had this problem looking at the demo?

It works for me, and I'm using windows 7 home premium.
Also, my sig. contains a screen shot from it.
