Currently "Untitled".

First of all, nice to see all of you again. I started using DarkBASIC Classic when I was in middle school, and I used to post here and tutor people often. It's been years since I've been on here and I decided to come back!

I have been mentally planning a 3rd person adventure/action/RPG game that would incorporate zombies and other monsters into a cinematic plot.

I picked up DarkBASIC Pro about a year ago, but have never done much with it. There are some awesome new commands that I have found to save lots of time versus DarkBASIC Classic.

So far in the development of the game in DBPro, I have placed models around in a "fenced" off area that is surrounded by castle-like walls. The idea is that there is a small village that is trying to outlast the zombie infection and you and your partner find yourself trapped and obligated to help.

Here are some screenies:

I like the lighting and the models look good. Hitting zombies with swords inside a keep sounds like fun.

Very clever usage of smoothing groups and lighting on your models. I can imagine the possibilities of this time period being fun. keep it up.
