Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Since no one has done this yet, what are you all most thankful for?

I am thankful for my health and family.

I'm thankful that I'm British and that means I don't have to take part.

I'm also thankful that you folks invented pumpkin pies because they're delicious.

Happy Thanksgiving America

Pumpkin pies are indeed amazing.

Thanks for the well wishes, I thought the world participates in Thanksgiving as well? I knew it originated in the US I didn't know it was specific to the US....

I'm going to travel like six hours in a car to go see family, then stay there for three days. meh. At least I'll have my laptop.

Isn't thanksgiving a result of Native Americans helping the colonists? I can't say I know a lot about thanksgiving, but if that's indeed the case, that might be why it's an American only holiday, even if its evolved into just being thankful of other people.

Anyway, to encourage some discourse...I'm probably most thankful for...hmm...the guy who invented Super Noodles, they are amazing. Period.

Sorry, I couldn't think of a serious response that wouldn't go against my natural avoidance of being too mushy. On a side note, I love you, if that's not too mushy? If it is, then I hate you and I will steal your soul...not quite sure what I'd do with it, maybe make it into cake.

@Sep: Actually it was about the Native Americans and Pilgrims coming together for a dinner. The Pilgrims didn't have much when they got here and were starving - the Native Americans saw this and felt sorry for them so they began to teach them how to farm and hunt game. As a result, when the Pilgrims were on their feet they asked that the Native Americans join them in the dinner of Thanksgiving because the Pilgrims were so thankful the Native Americans helped them get on their feet.

You're encouraging many stereotypes about your country there you know Nope, we don't have it over here and as far as I know it's only a US holiday. You lucky people
