Newcomers DBPro Corner / Sync Rate issues

For some reason, no matter what I try, the buttons and text keep flickering. I believe it's a sync issue, but I'm not sure how to correctly fix this issue.

Works fine for me. Maybe it's your background. Also, don't put labels(or anything) after functions, functions have to come last.

There are two ways you can do this without flicker.

Not using the backbuffer.


Using the backbuffer.

Why?


WickedX explains everything pretty well but one can turn v-sync on via the SET DISPLAY MODE command and I find that, in conjunction with the sync command makes for a very smoothe program.
