Hi guys, it has been a while since my last thread.
And I thought as its still technically 2011 now at least here in the UK... I wanted to share something which I think will be of some use to others on here. And hit it out as a final present of 2011.
For some that have been to my blog or web-site, you may or may not have noticed that I have a WIKI site... particularly a Developer Wiki... and for those that have not I have a short link to it here:
http://www.tm-subs.co.uk/
woops thats the DevCommunityProject site...
http://www.tmsubs.co.uk/
This is the Wiki Site
Now the use of it is to make Code sharing easier... instead of there being multiple code lists and having to compare often and recompile as it can be quite tedious as the code becomes larger...
I did a quick test earlier and found that code is highlighted automatically but I need to experiment more with it yet... I will add more content on it here but you could just try to create a page on the wiki with or without creating an account and see what I mean by the code highlights... just click preview... but there is also a brilliant comparison viewer to compare changes over time... as all edits are saved in history just like Wikipedia.[you need to be a registered user for that]
I wish to add more to this soon but in essence it does the job slightly better you can just link back to the edit and then paste the final edit into the last posts on the thread to keep it cleaner or just do both as you can collaborate on a piece of code at the same time...
Please do not forget to post or link to things here and do not neglect the codebase here as it is not my intention to draw anything away from here just a place to collaborate better.
If TGC can cross implement my wiki into here that would be awesome and very much welcome.
Just want to add this is obviously free and maybe not for all users so please do not bother posting negative comments as this is something designed to be constructive so perhaps improvement ideas than dimming down the project.
Thank you all, although 2011 was a near death experience for me on more than one occasion... I felt a final present would at least lighten the mood for me somewhat. And hey... if you noticed I posted this at 11pm, good on you

A final addition here is that I am currently working on an app which should assist with file management for all users too.
EDIT
Corrected the link... sorry was tired and erm it was like an hour to midnight on new years eve ^^
