Geek Culture / TGC products not running. Please help.

I am currently having issues with my PC.
This morning, all of my TGC programs do not load, however the process is running in the task manager and uses around about 100k of memory.
Every game made with FPSC and DBP do not work.

Here are my specs

I have tried reinstalling both the programs and Directx 9, but that did not resolve the issue and the Dx9 installer does not run either.

All other games and applications work fine, STEAM, TF2 and CoD4 all without problems.


If you have any idea on how to resolve the problem PLEASE tell me.

I have done virus scans with 3 programs and I have found no virus.
I have tried to reinstall fpsc and my computer's drivers but those won't load either!


Also it seems the only things that don't work are the programs anf files I copied over from my laptop. However all my steam programs work fine.

Please help, I am completely baffled by this.

Restore Windows to yesterday's state...

And why won't the DX setup run? Does it say anything? (you need 9.0c by the way, not just 9)

DX setup does the same thing as the rest. When I click the setup the hourglass is shown for a few seconds then disappears. The program appears in the task manager using 100k of memory but no window appears.
However the redist ones work.

I'm going to restore it to the day before it broke.

The system restore fixed it.

I am still confused why it broke
