Does anyone know of any good ebook creators? I know there are converters like Mobipocket Creator (which I have) but I actually want to design and view an ebook as I'm making it.

Failing that does anyone know how to format a Word document right at the start so it will fit a Kindle layout?

I've tried converting but it puts things all over the place and I'd rather create and test as I go along than wait till the very end and have to go back through it all again.

Ok, I'm guessing you haven't had much sleep Brian, either that or lack of coffee! lol!

I'm not looking for a converter, I already have both of those mentioned, I'm looking for a creator, something like WordPad where I can type and see what it looks like as I go along. I've already tried converting and get things like this:
