Hi! Is it possible to include for example JPG, BMP orz PNG file into VS express 2008 studio, and exe will have those graphics include inside itself, so only me can change some files?

Once you build you will have to release updates and develop a distribution system... as far as I know exes are machine code and not editable at least not easily unless there are tools for it...

Have a look at Smart Packer Pro might be what you are looking for... its on the product page of the TGC website...

Not any that I know of... there is a free version which may influence you to buy it... I do not know if I would be allowed to pack for you but it would be cool... though I dunno I recommend buying it but try cnet for application distribution packing apps...

If I packed for you I would want my logo on your loading screen at minimum ^^ [with web address] but like I said I do not know if that is permitted in the EULA but if you looked into it I would not mind going through the trouble should it not be dissallowed...

Mhm... but there is way, to pack all files into some archive file and when I will load my game it will load from this archive?

Attached is the free library "zip_utils" which handles legacy 2.0 zip files. It will also extract from a zip file that has been added to a resource which is compiled with your exe...

There's examples too with the archive.

Have fun...

EDIT: I use ResEdit to handle my resource files...
