Desura is the fist one that popped up in my mind - trying to get a FPS Creator game on platforms such as Steam and the other "big players" is mostly wasted time.

Just watch out, Desura will only pay you in increments of $500. So if you expect to make less than that, you won't ever see your money.

Greenhouse used to be one (http://playgreenhouse.com) but it seems to have died for some reason - the site has been like that since Spet. 2010 (believe it was affiliated with Penny Arcade + PAX so not sure what happened to it)
