The Game Creators has moved beyond the realm of humdrum PC gaming and into the exciting world of emerging mobile technologies! Once again bring forth a fresh era of indie game design.

So name your non-PC hardware, and share some photos too!

I have just grabbed a new Asus EEE Transformer pad 16GB with the Terga 2 dual core process and the keyboard dock as part of my new mobile phone contract (£25, 600 mins, unlimited texts, free Nokia 1800 (haha) and this tablet). I've been having awesome fun getting to know the device since yesterday. It's a powerful bit of kit that does many of the same things my PC's do and I'm not tethered down by cables or stationary desks all day long.

The Asus Transformer prime quad core version is only a month or two away, but this device was such as improvement on my existing iPad (first gen) that I couldn't resist. Websites with flash (oh how I've missed you) and an OS that doesn't lock you into apple products. Along with a keyboard and built in HDMI, complete with a forward facing web-camera (1.3m/pix) and a rear facing 5m/pix camera (no flash LED). The extra 6 - 7.5 hours battery life from the dock and access to both a track pad and keyboard means this device did everything the iPad didn't. As far I'm happy with my decision!

I also picked up (two months ago) for under £200 a new sim free Sony Ericsson Xperia Play device, which completes my Android set.

In addition to this I have a 3rd generation iPod Touch, and a first Generation iPad to help test my creations on.

So what are you running, and why did you choose that device? What have your experiences been like so far?

My non-PC tech:

XBox 360 Premium
4th Generation iPod Touch
Samsung Tocco Lite...it was cheap
Nintendo DS Lite
Nintendo GameCube

I find the 360, PC and iPod Touch have a good wealth of indie games available, my favourite at the moment is Dungeon Defenders, which is on 360 and PC. Otherwise, for iOS Zenonia is pretty cool...obviously being the RPG nerd here.

PS3 Slim 160gb - Got it for $200 from a friend, aside from the great deal I also love the exclusives.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus - My first smartphone, super awesome
iPod Classic 80gb - Stores all my music and has surprisingly lasted for 5 years.
Nintendo GameCube - Do I need to justify having this?

I wish I could go back in time to the old generation of consoles. I remember having sooooooooooooo much fun playing Animal Crossing and Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance. Now when I play them they aren't nearly as much fun, I guess I'll just have to stick with Skyrim

Nintendo 3DS (Got it to replace my old original DS. I wish it had better battery life and in-game chat though.)
Nintendo Wii
iPod Classic 160GB
Kindle 3

That's pretty much it I guess. Except for a bunch of GameBoy systems.

Xbox 360
PS3 (Use the 360 far more though)
iPod Touch 4
iPhone 4S
iPad 1

Those are all the ones in use anyways (well, the PS3 barely makes the list). I've also got an original Xbox, Nintendo 64, and some other goodies boxed up.

EDIT: Oh, and I've got that little OnLive MicroConsole, although that sees about as much use as the PS3.

Thraxas, you are one gamer fanatic.

All I have is a Wii (which is only played when my Grandson comes. I sometimes playe with him.

I also have an EVO HTC with android 2.3.3. Haven't played any games yet. Thinking about downloading Angry Birds to see what that is all about. Even my Optometrist plays this game.
