Newcomers DBPro Corner / extends install

I hope that I am in the right place to ask this question. I have DB Studio and I'm trying to install the extends package. I keep getting this error during the install: "The following error occurred on the file "C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\DarkBasic Professional\Compiler\plugins-licensed\extends_Particles3D.dll". The system cannot find the file specified. BTW we're running Windows XP.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

i have never had a problem with extends like that try uninstalling dbpro reinstall it then install extends again
