I don't really see this going anywhere, he get's infamous, then what? He's still hiding, killing, except now everyone knows who he is. There are countless other warlords out there (but I guess you gotta start somewhere, so take that point with a grain of salt).
It's a noble cause, but I'd say, if you really do want to help, you should donate to a different organisation.

On top of that, Uganda's military isn't exactly known for it's humanitarian work.
From what I've seen at my school, most people really don't understand what's happening, all they hear is "there's this bad guy, and we're the only ones trying to stop him. Help stop him by buying our stuff and liking our video!" and leave it at that.
